Who you are dealing with

Cineva is an AI pre-production studio. It is a product of ReadyTake. ReadyTake is a sole proprietorship based in California, in the United States, operating under a fictitious business name.

There is no company here, and we are not going to imply one. ReadyTake is one person trading under a business name, so the individual owner of ReadyTake is the party on the other side of this agreement, and is personally responsible for it. In these terms Cineva and we mean that person trading as ReadyTake. You means the person using the service. If you accept these terms for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to bind it, and it is bound alongside you.

RolePilot is a separate product from the same operator. It has its own terms and its own privacy policy. Nothing on this page applies to it.

Where Cineva is offered

Cineva is offered to customers in the United States only. Prices are in US dollars, support is in English, and the service is built around US law.

We do not market Cineva outside the United States and we do not offer it there. If you open it from another country, that is your own initiative, and following the law where you are is on you. We may decline or close an account that is not based in the United States, and if we do, you get your money back under the refund and cancellation policy.

Age and eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Cineva. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to read these terms and accept them for you, and they are responsible for what you do here and for anything the account is charged.

Whoever holds the payment card has to be old enough to enter a contract. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete the data in it.

Your account

You sign in with an email address. Keep that address current, because it is where billing notices and service notices go. One account is for one person. Do not share your sign in details.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including credits that get spent. If you think someone else has access, email hello@cineva.io and we will help you lock it down. How we protect accounts is set out in the security policy.

Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy sets out what you may not generate or do with Cineva. It is part of this agreement. Breaking it is a breach of these terms.

What you upload stays yours

Your scripts, notes, images and prompts stay yours. Uploading them gives us no ownership of them.

You give us a license to store that material and to send it to the model providers named in the privacy policy, for one purpose: to produce the output you asked for. The license covers nothing else. It ends when you delete the material or your account.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not paste a script you have no rights to.

What Cineva generates for you

The output of a run is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You can use it commercially, in a pitch, in a deck, or on set. We only reuse output outside your account if you tell us we can.

Two limits are worth stating plainly, because they are real.

• AI generated material is not protected by copyright everywhere. Some countries require a human author. You may not be able to register or enforce rights in a generated image or a generated block of text.
• The models are shared. Another user with a similar script or prompt can receive similar output. We cannot promise anything generated is unique, and we cannot promise it does not resemble existing work. Check output before you publish it or clear it for production.

Credits, plans and payment

Cineva runs on credits. Every tool shows its exact cost before you start a run. Free costs $0 and includes 15 welcome credits, granted once. Pro is $19 a month, or $15 a month billed annually, and grants 250 credits a month. Studio is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed annually, and grants 800 credits a month.

How credits are granted, spent and rolled over is set out in the credits and billing policy. That policy is part of this agreement.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Prices are in US dollars. No tax is added at checkout today, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that ever changes because of where you are located, the tax is calculated and shown to you before any payment is taken.

A card is collected at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The plan price you joined at does not rise while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you join at the price current then.

Refunds

Failed runs refund credits automatically. On top of that there is a 14 day money back window on plans and packs, and unused pack credits come back to you if you delete your account. The full rules, including how to ask and how long a refund takes, are in the refund and cancellation policy, which is part of this agreement.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account whenever you want. When you do, unused pack credits are refunded at the rate you paid for them. Monthly plan credits belong to the subscription and end with it. Projects and outputs are deleted within 30 days.

We can suspend or close an account if:

• it breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy
• it is used for fraud, or a payment is charged back
• the law requires us to

Where it is reasonable to do so, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close an account for a breach, unused pack credits are still refunded at the rate you paid, with one exception: they are forfeited where the breach involved fraud, a chargeback, or material that sexualizes a minor.

We can also stop offering Cineva. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email, refund unused pack credits and the unused part of any plan you have paid for, and give you time to export your work.

Changes to the service

Cineva is under active development. Tools get added, and the AI models behind them change. Credit costs can change too. When a cost changes, the new number is on the screen before you press the button, so no run ever costs more than the number you were shown.

We do not promise the service is available at all times. Generation depends on model providers we do not control.

Services we rely on

• Stripe processes payments and stores card details.
• Supabase handles authentication and data storage.
• Vercel hosts the site and the app.
• AI model providers generate the output: fal.ai and Google Gemini for images, Anthropic and OpenAI for text.

What each of them receives, and where they process it, is set out in the privacy policy. What you submit goes to a model provider for one reason, to produce the output you asked for, and it is not used to train third party models.

Disclaimers

Cineva is a drafting and visualization tool. Its output is a starting point, not professional advice and not a legal clearance. Coverage notes are a model opinion. Casting boards and location boards are generated imagery, not real people, real places or real availability.

The service is provided as it is. Beyond the warranties the law gives you and does not let us exclude, we make none. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that output will be accurate, or that output will suit any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for anything else your local law protects.

Subject to that:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost work, lost data, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability to you, for everything combined, is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

That cap is low because the price is low and because there is one person behind this service, not an insurer. Keep your own copies of anything you care about, and do not rely on Cineva as the only place a piece of work exists.

What you are responsible for

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you uploaded, what you generated, or what you did with the output, you cover the cost of dealing with it, including reasonable legal fees. This does not apply where the claim is caused by us breaking this agreement, and it does not apply to the extent your local consumer law says it cannot.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. When a change affects your rights or what you pay, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Cineva after that date means you accept the new version.

If you do not accept it, cancel before the date and delete your account. Unused pack credits are refunded at the rate you paid, and so is the unused part of a plan you have already paid for.

Small changes that do not affect your rights, such as a corrected typing mistake or a clearer sentence, take effect when they are published. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

Governing law and where disputes go

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts sitting in California, and both of us agree those courts can hear them.

There is no arbitration clause and no class action waiver in this agreement. If the consumer law of your state gives you a right we are not allowed to take away, we do not try to, and nothing on this page should be read as waiving it.
